  • Orders ship from our Philadelphia studio via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.

    Domestic Shipping (United States)
    UPS Ground (3–5 business days)
    Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout.

    International Shipping
    International orders ship via UPS.
    Flat-rate international shipping is calculated at checkout.
    Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

    Duties & Taxes
    International orders are shipped via UPS.
    Duties, customs fees, VAT, and import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
    LANG is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs authorities.

    Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
    During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

    Tracking information will be provided once your order leaves our studio.

  • Processing Time - Each item is packaged with care. Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
    During busy releases, processing may take an additional day.

  • Because many pieces are artisanal or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns, but we gladly offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

    Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging

    If the item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it immediately.

  • Order Changes & Address Updates - If you need to update an address or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

    Lost or Stolen Packages - Once a package is marked “Delivered,” the carrier is responsible.
    We recommend shipping to a secure location. If an issue arises, reach out and we’ll help as much as possible.

    Gift Packaging -Each product ships in custom LANG™️ packaging. If you would like a handwritten note, include your message at checkout.
